Look at 0.13 in the video - the bald guy is walking past looking in the window. Less than a second later, in the shot where she exits the Apple store... he is STILL walking past! She walked in... turned around... and straight back out again....

"Even Faster Websites" - slides from SXSW about the importance of optimizing your site for speed
I bet this was a great presentation by Steve Souders from Google about the importance of front end performance of your site. I wasn't there, but the slides are really interesting, with some really useful stats and tips... A must read for anyone interested in optimal user experiences.
